This page describes how this Study Guide deployment treats account and content data. When you self-host, your organization is the data controller; adjust this copy to match your jurisdiction and practices.

What we collect

Authentication identifiers from your identity provider (for example Supabase Auth), email when you sign up, and content you upload (files, extracted text, and generated summaries) stored in the database and object storage you configure.

How we use it

To provide the service: organizing folders, processing documents, study features, and optional sharing you initiate with other users. Background jobs may call external AI providers only if you configure API keys for your deployment.

Retention & deletion

Data remains until you or your administrator deletes it. Removing your account should follow your auth provider’s policies; application rows may cascade according to your database rules.
